28 Jan MediPurpose Announces Safety Specimen Collection Product Contract with Novation

IRVING, Texas and NORCROSS, Ga., Jan. 27 — MediPurpose has been awarded another agreement for safety specimen collection (blood and urine) by Novation, the healthcare industry’s leading supply contracting company.

Under the terms of the deal, MediPurpose will provide safety lancets to the members of VHA Inc., the University HealthSystem Consortium (UHC) and Provista.

The new three-year contract is effective February 1, 2010 through January 31, 2013.

MediPurpose is currently completing a similar six-year contract with Novation that started in January 2005 and expires at the end of this month.
