NORCROSS, Ga., March 2 — As part of a continuing effort to improve its customers’ experiences and to reduce paper consumption, MediPurpose, a medical device innovation and medical product distribution company, recently introduced a new online ordering and billing system for its medical product distribution customers.
Approximately 25 percent of MediPurpose’s medical product distributors have already registered for its new customer care center, according to MediPurpose Customer Service Manager Cheryl Channell. She expects that number to grow as customers discover the service’s availability, functionality and convenience.
Built on a NetSuite platform, the new service offers MediPurpose’s SurgiLance™ Safety Lancet and ITC Tenderfoot™ Heelstick customers 24/7 capabilities to:

* Print invoices.
* Print or view statements.
* Review transactions.
* See account balances.
* View A/R registers.
Customer feedback has already been positive. “I thought that the online order system worked great,” said Matthew Huff, director of purchasing at Federal Medical Supply, Inc. “It was very simple to do the order and also very easy to look at the order status. Looking at my invoices is also very simple. It helps to have complete and easy access to my account at all times.”
