MediPurpose Announces New Medical Product Sales and Customer Service Team Structure

ATLANTA and SINGAPORE—MediPurpose™, a manufacturer and master distributor of medical products, today announced a new organizational structure for its integrated sales and customer service teams.

Taking effect earlier this month, the reorganization supports an updated sales strategy that puts even more emphasis on communicating with customers and fulfilling their expectations, said MediPurpose founder and CEO Patrick Yi.

"As MediPurpose continues to embrace the economic benefits of being a lean, modern company that leverages electronic communications and inbound marketing practices to build, nurture and maintain customer relationships, it's vital that we have a sales and customer service organizational structure that supports it," said Yi.

Applicable to both its blood collection analytics (which features babyLance™ safety heelsticks and SurgiLance™ safety lancets) and wound care (which features MediPlus™ Advanced Wound Care) product divisions, the reorganization pairs two of MediPurpose's experienced sales managers with two of its most senior customer service team members-to now be known as "key account managers."

"The new 'key account manager' title is a very accurate description of what customers can expect when working with MediPurpose," said Yi. "Because the key account managers will be working in tandem with their respective sales managers, they will gain the same wisdom and appreciation for their customers' unique needs and preferences-as well as about our current and new products. This will 'liberate' our sales managers to focus on more programs and services that create even more value for our customers!"
