Patrick's medical device innovation experience parallels the origins of MediPurpose, starting with the successful development and launch of the first SurgiLance® Safety Lancet in 1999-2000.

Since that time, he has continued to refine MediPurpose’s process for developing new medical devices and is widely recognized as a thought leader in the medical device innovation community.

Along with his achievements at MediPurpose, Patrick personally holds patents for new safety medical devices that he has invented.

Randy Prather | President and COO

Randy’s unique strengths in medical product sales and distribution give him the critical perspectives that are essential in the scoping, planning and development phases that can influence the success of a new medical product’s launch.

In recent years, Randy has been closely involved in the implementation of MediPurpose’s methodology for developing and launching new medical devices.

Michael Riddle | Director of Wound Care

Michael has more than 25 years of experience and achievement in the development of cutting-edge technologies and global business initiatives for medical product companies.

His diverse expertise includes planning and execution of pre-clinical and clinical studies and full product development life cycles, development of clinical education programs, marketing, reimbursement, training of sales force, and quality and regulatory matters.
